Halloween Tile Decorating

Create your own Halloween or Luna-themed designs at family drop-in tile decorating workshops on weekdays over the October half-term break.

Be as creative as your imagination allows – you could make a ceramic masterpiece of a witch on a broom, a moon in the night sky or a mischievous black cat.

The Victorian tube lining technique will be used to decorate the tiles, which is just like icing a cake! Once you’ve piped on the design you can add colourful glazes, then leave your tile at the museum where it will be fired in a kiln and posted to your home; or you can collect it from Jackfield if you live nearby.

Tiles are priced from £5 each, plus p&p if you want us to post the tile home after firing. A museum admission ticket is required to take part in the workshop. Workshops run from 10 am to 4 pm, the last admission is 3.15pm.
